Texas Coleslaw Recipe
Texas coleslaw ranks among favorites that are great for barbecues and picnics, with options to make milder versions for those preferring less heat in regional preparations. This regional specialty demonstrates how coleslaw can reflect local preferences while the barbecue and picnic focus ensures outdoor dining appeal. The mildness option accommodates various heat tolerances while maintaining authentic Texas character.

This Texas coleslaw is one of my favorites! It’s great for barbecues and picnics. For a more mild salad, use fewer green onions.
