Taco in a bag creates beloved walking taco experiences that families absolutely love, inspired by Covered Bridge festival food traditions. This portable recipe transforms traditional taco components into convenient, mess-free formats perfect for outdoor events and casual dining. The bag format eliminates utensils while maintaining authentic taco flavors.

I love these walking taco bags, and my family loves them too! I had this recipe at the Covered Bridge Festival in Indiana. The chip bag serves as a shell for the tacos.
