Spicy American Spanish Rice Recipe

Spicy American Spanish rice creates a great main course meal that's traditionally served with mashed potatoes and can be easily made less spicy to accommodate various heat preferences. This hearty dish transforms Spanish rice into a substantial meal rather than just a side dish while the spice level can be adjusted for family preferences. The American adaptation makes this accessible while maintaining Spanish rice's essential character and satisfying nature.

Great Spanish rice as a main course meal. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes. Can be made less spicy using regular tomatoes.
