Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 1 pound lean ground beef

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can Sloppy Joe sauce

  • 1 (30 ounce) can refried beans

  • 6 (10 inch) flour tortillas

  • 1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup diced black olives, drained

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 medium red onion, diced

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.

  2. Reduce heat to medium and stir in Sloppy Joe sauce. Stir in refried beans until blended and cook until heated through, 5 to 7 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, warm tortillas over medium-low heat on a flat skillet.

  4. Fill tortillas with meat mixture and top as desired with Cheddar cheese, black olives, sour cream, and diced onion.
