I started making guacamole this way after eating at one of my students’ moms’ restaurants. I loved her guacamole. It’s quick and easy, so I tried to recreate it with this recipe.
Ingredients
2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ lime, juiced
Directions
Combine avocados, green onions, cilantro, seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic, and lime juice in a bowl; mash with a spoon or potato masher until mostly smooth with small chunks.
