  • 1 ½ tablespoons tomato-flavored bouillon powder (such as Knorr®)

  • 2 pinches garlic powder

  2. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add rice and fry until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook until rice has absorbed almost all liquid, about 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and let sit, covered, until remaining liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
