Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 2 ripe avocados from Mexico, peeled and pitted

  • 1 mango, peeled, pitted and diced

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  • ¼ teaspoon ground dried chipotle pepper

  • 1 pinch Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Mash avocados in a small bowl, leaving chunks if desired. Mix in mango, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chipotle powder and salt. Serve immediately.
