Original recipe (1X) yields 1 servings

  • 2 fresh cherries, pitted, or more to taste, plus more for garnish

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces reposado tequila

  • 1 fluid ounce amaretto liqueur

Directions

  1. Place cherries and lime juice in a shaker and muddle to loosen the cherry juices.

  2. Fill shaker with ice, add tequila and amaretto, and shake until well blended and slightly frothy.  Strain over ice and garnish with a cherry.
