  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 12 ounces ground turkey

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • 1 ½ teaspoons brown sugar

  3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring to break up clumps, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in spice mixture and water. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
