Directions
Lay beef chuck roast into the bottom of a slow cooker with a tight-fitting lid. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over beef. Pour green salsa over the top, followed by broth.
Cook on Low for 4 hours. Add more broth if needed. Remove beef from the slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Return shredded beef to the slow cooker; mix with liquid. Serve hot.
