
Fresh Pineapple Salsa Recipe
This pineapple salsa made with fresh juicy pineapple, jalapeño, red onion, and lime juice is sweet, spicy, and easy to make in 15 minutes. It makes a delicious summer party appetizer with chips or topping for grilled fish or chicken!
Ingredients
1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced (Optional)
½ teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
