Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 8 servings

  • 1 3/4 cups finely chopped roma tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 small fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon lime zest

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Stir together tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño , lime zest, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a bowl. Chill, covered, at least 1 hour or up to 4 hours.
