Ingredients
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
12 corn tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Mix cornstarch, chili powder, paprika, sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin together in a bowl.
