Ingredients

Original recipe (1X) yields 4 servings

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

  • 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced

  • 12 corn tortillas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

  2. Mix cornstarch, chili powder, paprika, sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin together in a bowl.

  3. Combine chicken, red bell peppers, and onion in a bowl; add cornstarch mixture and stir until evenly coated. Transfer to a baking dish.

  4. Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes. Serve chicken mixture in corn tortillas.
