Original recipe (1X) yields 6 servings

  • 24 frozen chicken taquitos

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro

  • 1/2 cup sour cream, or as needed for dipping

Directions

  1. Heat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Add taquitos and cook until slightly crispy, about 8 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in hot sauce until well combined.  Toss taquitos in butter mixture until well coated and add to a serving platter. Top with cheese and cilantro and serve with sour cream.
